District Attorney

The District Attorney has the responsibility of prosecuting all felony, gross misdemeanor, and juvenile offender cases committed anywhere within the County, as well as all misdemeanor cases occurring within the County.

The office of the District Attorney is the legal branch of local government representing the White Pine County Commission and other county agencies in civil, administrative, and litigation matters.

Mission Statement:
The mission of the White Pine County District Attorney's Office is to fulfill our duties set forth by the United States and Nevada constitutions, State statutes and ordinances, in order to ensure the laws of the County and State are faithfully enforced and the County receives sound ethical legal advice.
