HEALTH TIP:  Now that spring is around the corner (we hope), walking is the most simple way to exercise. If you haven’t been physically active for a while (most of winter!), take it slow. Build your time up slowly. Always begin with a few minutes of walking slowly as a warm-up. End with five minutes of slow walking to cool down.
